Unlimited hours of event photography with all exhibitors receiving their own album. Digital Photos will be delivered through the client's email via downloadable link through studio's site. The digital photos will be high-resolution .jpg format with personal use rights. Your organization will receive 4 free photos for advertisement and will retain legal copyrights to those images only. Any other images will require a commercial license purchase. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. Unless for reasons such as multiple rings with different events running concurrently, Tiffany F Photography is to be the exclusive event photographer with no other photographers on site. Videographers are welcome as long as they are not interfering with the photographer. Please include the photographer in premiums and at least one correspondence to exhibitors to ensure there are no miscommunications. Please make sure the organization board AND trial chair are in agreement before filling out this form. Filling out this form will serve as an official hiring contract and is to be done as a binding deal.
